我的假期开始了，我的篮球训练也开始了。我每天早上6点半准时来到训练场，教练让我们热身之后就开始练运球，传球，投篮，还有迷惑对方的虚假动作等等。
运球就是一只手向下拍球，球落到地面弹起后再用手去拍击，身体随着球可以向前移动，也可以不动。传球就是一个人拿着球可以双手传给另一个队员，也可单手传递，可正面传也可侧面传递。投篮就是双手拿球，瞄准篮筐，跳起来投球。迷惑对方的虚假动作就是当对方拦截你时，你先一只脚向左边迈一步，让对方以为你要往左边跑，然后迅速向右边跑，这样就躲过了对方。
