大家好!我们今天演讲的题目是《低碳环保，水系荆州》。
谁都希望头顶的天空湛蓝如镜，谁都希望脚下的大地绿草如茵，谁都希望身边的湖水清澈明净，谁都希望眼前的阳光灿烂如金!是啊，有谁不希望能天天生活在如此自然、心旷神怡的画境之中呢?但现在我们却距离它越来越远了。我们发现：被污染的水源从四面八方流入荆州的护城河里，各种有害气体令空气质量明显下降，乱砍乱伐使土地植被遭到严重破坏，还有混乱的城市化、空气中弥漫的汽车尾气，湖水里漂浮的垃圾，以及飘过来的难闻的气味等等。荆州的水、空气，已受到了严重伤害，湖里的水不再清澈了，清新的空气中闻不到香味了，连白云都蒙上了灰尘。
荆州是我们的家乡，保护家乡的水，保护家乡的环境刻不容缓，我们人人肩上都该有一份责任。
您知道吗?您手中的塑料购物袋，您吃快餐时使用的一次性餐盒，您洗衣用的含磷洗衣粉，还有您每天都离不来的电脑、电视等等，它们其实都是二氧化碳的来源。
老师们、同学们，请记住我们的责任吧：保护环境，刻不容缓。低碳生活，从我做起。亲爱的少先队员们，低碳生活，你们准备好了吗?
一、为新书穿上环保的新衣。
每到新学期同学们领了新书。兴高采烈之余，我们要为新书包上书皮，以往大家都是一到开学就买塑料书皮，或者买漂亮的包装纸包书皮。每个人平均有六七本新书，要花费多少钱啊!更重要的是，这些塑料书皮和漂亮包装纸制作要浪费能源，不利环保，塑料书皮使用后还会产生白色垃圾。不如用旧挂历、海报、牛皮纸等材料包书皮，既利于环保，还可以跟着爸爸妈妈学习，学会自己包，锻炼动手能力。
二、把没有用完的本子利用起来。
新学期，新气象，每个同学心中都充满了向往。同学们都会在新学期第一天甚至是开学前几天就开始做开学的准备：文具换新的，本子买来多本。书包里焕然一新，前一学期的好多没用完的本子也自然被淘汰了。
大家不知道吧：生产一吨文化纸要用20多棵树龄在20至40年的数目，需要消耗净水100吨、电600度、煤1。2吨、化工原料300公斤，同时产生高浓度污水300吨。
把旧本子没用完的部分整合起来吧，重新订成新的本子来使用。可以做练习，也可以当演算纸，节约了钱又节约了纸张，何乐而不为呢?
三、让小手帕成为校园时尚。
人们普遍使用的手帕早已被遗忘，取而代之的是使用方便的纸巾。纸巾制作要砍伐树木，使用后不可以回收，浪费了资源，乱扔还会污染环境。而手帕可反复使用，既节约资源又保护了树木。我们每个少先队员都要树立“绿色消费”的理念，拒绝使用纸巾，随身携带小手帕，做保护地球的小卫士。
四、种花种草正当时。
春天，万物复苏，春天在枝头、在天空、在田野，我们也让春天走进我们的教室吧!绿色植物通过光合作用，可以吸收空气中的二氧化碳释放出氧气。种花种草，让教室美起来、绿起来，让教室的空气更清新。种花种草正当时，少先队员们，齐动手吧!

每当跨入校园大门，步入教室时，我们就好像走进自己的另一个家。我们在这里学习、生活、成长，每位同学都是这个家的一分子。我们的校园美丽温馨，我们有窗明几净的教室，高级的教学设施。校园环境是一个学校文明程度的重要标志，也是学校学生整体素质的一个反映。
着眼于身边，当地上有垃圾时，我们应该将它捡起，而不是忽略它的存在;我们应该弯下腰，文明地将垃圾扔进垃圾桶中，而不是贪图一时之利，进行投射;我们应该时刻保持桌椅的干净整齐，轻轻将桌子摆放到正确位置上，而不是随意排列、看之任之;我们应该保持教室后橱柜的整洁，而不是将个人物品随意摆放其中，影响环境。

这一切的现实，让每一个关心祖国前进和发展的中国人深感痛心。保护环境，利在当代，功在千秋，这是一项崇高而伟大的事业，更是中化民族千秋万代利益所在。

今天，我很高兴能站在讲台上发言，我这次要演讲的题目是“环保从我做起”。
人类在漫长的发展道路上，无论是履行自然还是发展经济，都创造了辉煌的业绩。但是与此同时，因为不合理的开发和利用自然资源，不注意环境保护工作，造成了全球性的生态破坏和环境污染。现在全球每年有600万公顷的土地沦为沙漠，2000万公顷森林在消失，平均一小时有一种物种在灭绝。由于臭氧层被破坏，温室效应在加剧，使用权地球气温不断升高，南极冰冠开始溶化，海洋平面将不断升高，世界上许多沿海城市、岛屿和大量土地，将被海水吞没。这一系列环境问题，不仅影响着经济的发展和社会的进步，甚至威胁着人类的生存，所以爱护环境，已成为全人类共同关心的问题。
六月上旬，联合国在巴西首都召开了世界环境与发展大会。175个国家和15000名代表，其中包括131位国家元首或政府首脑都参加了会议，可见，保护环境已成为全人类的共同呼声!
同学们，保护环境十分重要。如果在发展经济的过程中不注意环境保护，就要受到大自然的报复。不仅损害我们这一代，还要遗害子孙万代!
我们一方面都在埋怨环境污染，可是我们自己又何尝不是在污染环境呢?比如，我们一方面在大声疾呼抽烟有害健康，而另一方面又在大批量地生产和销售香烟。我们一方面提倡不乱丢垃圾，而我们在吃棒冰时往往随便地将包装纸扔在地上，这不属于自欺欺人吗?
生态环境是人类生存、发展的基本条件，如何保护环境是我们都应该思考的问题。个人的力量虽然不够，但如果人人都从身边做起，从小事做起，把保护环境作为自己的职责。所以我要说：“保护环境，从我做起，从点点滴滴做起!”
我们的行动不能仅仅呼吁，更应该做的是从我做起，创建绿色家园。当然创建绿色家园很难，现在还不能立竿见影，但是只要有坚持不懈地努力就能看到成果。只要你注意生活中的点点滴滴，就会发现原来创建绿色家园也如此简单。如果你每天都弯腰去拣地上的一张纸，你走过的路就会多一份清洁，长此以往你就会发现你的绿色家园就会建成，我们的绿色家园就创建了。所以，你的绿色家园就是举手之劳，何乐而不为呢?如果每人都有这样高的环保意识，那么上面的事情就不会发生，我们就不会面临如此的生态环境了。为了保护我们赖以生存的共同家园——地球，我们以虔诚的声音呼唤生命的绿色，为了让大地山青水秀，为了让家园绿树蓝天，让我们小手拉小手，让我们小手拉大手，加入“呼唤绿色”行列，保护绿色家园。
今天播下一份绿色种子，明天收获一片蓝天绿地!行动起来，从我开始!
我之所以要以环保为主题，是因为我们的家园——地球已被污染搞得面目全非，可以说污染随处可见。

presently, a new lifestyle called low carbon life is spreading every corner of our country. the concepts of low carbon are low energy and no waste. it is such a significant project that i cant wait to present my ideas on how to promote it.
on the first place, a no-car day is supposed to set up every week in our school. because cars not only cause serious air pollution but also waste energy. on no-car day, neither students nor teachers are allowed to drive to school. meanwhile, just walk, jump, cycle or run. use our legs and enjoy the fun.
on the second place, we had best not use plastic bags any more. no one can stand the “white pollution”. so, it is wise to use bags which can be reused again and again.
finally, one thing that we should keep in mind: every big thing comes from the subtle. therefore, as students, we ought to turn out the lights the moment we leave, turn off the tap in time, and reuse our textbook and so on.
all in all, it weighs greatly for all of us to put the low carbon lifestyle into practice. just set our mind to these: no-car day, no plastic bags, and no waste. lets do it now.

"the litter is not civilization", my in the mind in blame them. my eyes are bright, by the way, i am a little green guards, should take good care of the environment. i bent down and picked up to throw garbage into the trash. mother said: "with the hand to pick up more health, with branches clip". so, i use two branch, with his hands a clip, garbage will obediently followed i go. a bridge, lets go to the park to see rubbish was strewn all over the grass, cleft. as they walked along, i pick up. went to the amusement park, at first glance i saw a white stone chair plastic bags, they like a terrible enemy attack us. i run to get rid of them one by one all. i found on the lake and some white plastic bags, ill give it all up, but, i catch a have a plastic bag, dad said: "let me help you." so, my father took my hand, i go to pick another hand holding a branch, finally got the scoop up plastic bags. i like the battles of soldiers happy.
though today just me and my parents clean up the garbage, but i believe that people will take good care of the environment, there will be more people to do the green small guard.

the world population will not rise so quickly if people use modern methods of birth control.finally, if we educate people to think about the problems we shall have a better and cleaner planet in the future.
